The maximum capacity is 299 and suitable for all types of events, including weddings, business meetings, presentations, private parties, fundraisers and much more.  All food menus are prepared in house or by using our preferred caterer for scheduled events.  Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service is available in several package options.

BACKSTAGE PARTY ROOM: ENTERTAIN YOUR GUESTS IN STYLE

It’s so easy and so much fun!
Rent our Backstage Party Room for your function that hosts a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 70 people.  The room is available during many of our scheduled events.

Here’s how it works:

Choose a date that coincides with one of our music or comedy shows which are usually held on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights from 7 PM – 11 PM.   Call us to find out if the backstage party room is available 860-693-9762.  Once we confirm availability, depending on party-size, and which show is that evening, your rental cost could potentially be discounted off the advertised general admission ticket price per person for that event.  Your guests will be able to arrive in the Backstage Party Room overlooking the Farmington River as early as 5PM.

We Provide the Entertainment:

Once the scheduled show starts, usually 8 PM, your guests will be able to move into the Events Hall to enjoy entertainment.  Seating and/or tables in the Events Hall may be limited depending on the audience turnout.  Closing time is 12:00 midnight.

Food Options:

  1. Your guests can order from our menu at regular prices.
  2. A minimum of 2 weeks before the event, you can arrange special catering needs for your party with our in-house caterer. The caterer’s cost will be figured per person and based on your selection(s).  The caterer must be paid in advance.

You may bring in your own Signature Cake for your guests.  A 15% gratuity charge will be added to the total for table service using our servers.

Beverages Option:

  1. Request a Cash Bar, your guests pay for their own drinks
  2. Give your guests drink tickets and limit their drinks.
  3. Run a tab on one credit card and have an Open Bar.
