41 Bridge Street is thrilled to announce a special SAINT PATRICK’S DAY EDITION of our celebrated NEW YORK VS. BOSTON COMEDY SERIES on Friday, March 18th at 8:00 PM! Special guest band, The Tipperary Knights, will also perform.

Headlining Team New York is Irish comedian Tom Briscoe. Tom has been performing at premiere comedy clubs nationwide for twenty years, and his original stand-up has been featured on The Comedy Channel (Canada) and Sirius/XM radio. He recently published a book, released a CD, and performs a nationwide one-man comedy show, all titled: “So…I Got Fired From THAT Job.” During a recent hometown appearance in New York’s Hudson Valley, Tom was named ‘Funniest Comedian Of The Year’ by the readers of The Times Herald Record newspaper!

Representing Team Boston is Irish comedian Sean Lynch. Lynch is best known for his appearances on Comedy Central’s Contest Searchlight with Denis Leary and Lenny Clarke, MTV’s Spring Break, Showtime’s Comedy Shorts, and HBO’s Flashback. He has lent his voice to the MTV show Celebrity Deathmatch, the Grand Theft Auto game series, and several commercials. Additionally, Lynch has written for MTV, Spike TV, and The Food Network, and has produced four screenplays: Greenpoint Tavern (2012), Tilting at Windmills (2012), Game Night (2013), and Comic Strip Lives (2015).

Special guest band, The Tipperary Knights, is one of the leading Irish bands in the US. The group is known for their dynamic, high-energy performances, comprised of fast-driving reels, jigs, marches, and more sensitive ballads. Carmel Johnston, an all-Ireland champion, displays her talent on the fiddle, tin whistle, bodhran, and vocals, while Tom DeSantis performs lead vocals, key boards and guitar.
