Bridge Street Live is proud to introduce its new Executive Chef David Tolly. Tolly has been working in professional kitchens for over sixteen years but his passion for food goes back much further into his past. The good fortune of having a father who cooked interesting and varied cuisines developed from an early age David's incredible palette. These years inspired him to pursue the culinary arts and follow a path to becoming a chef.

Over time, Tolly honed his culinary skills by working with many influential leaders of the culinary arts inspiring him to create his own unique style. Tolly bases his philosophy of simplicity on his experience and stands behind ingredient driven food. "If you have good ingredients to begin with… let them express themselves." His menus are innovative and eclectic leaving every desire fulfilled.

Tolly's culturally diverse culinary style, gifted palette and unique understanding of food bring vast knowledge and expertise to his menus. In addition, a mission of his is to draw influence from the musical genre of each given night. For example, the night there is a zydeco band on stage you'll also likely find po-boys, jambalaya, beignets, and etouffee.

Executive Chef David Tolly and Bridge Street Live look forward to showcasing a fresh new culinary direction with both the local community to provide dining experiences that they can be proud of, and with our numerous guests from around New England and the world to further establish Bridge Street Live as the preeminent entertainment destination of choice.
